Sr Principal Product Partner Manager, Product Partnerships

At Oracle, we are seeking a Sr Principal Product Partner Manager, Product Partnerships to join our team in Nashville, TN, USA. This role involves owning and scaling strategic platform partnerships, driving day-to-day partnership strategy and execution, and leading deal execution end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale strategic platform partnerships.
• Drive day-to-day partnership strategy and execution across priority partners.
• Lead deal execution end-to-end, including commercial negotiations and product integrations.
• Operate as a cross-functional driver, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales, and GTM.
• Serve as the internal advocate for partners, representing their goals and perspectives inside Oracle.
• Define and track success metrics for each partnership.
• Run partner operating cadences, including business reviews and joint planning sessions.
• Build durable partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for partner counterparts.
• Help define and refine the standardized commercial framework to enable Oracle to scale partnerships efficiently.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development or product partnerships in the technology industry.
• Proven track record leading or materially supporting complex strategic partnerships.
• Strong cross-functional operator with experience working closely with product, engineering, legal, finance, and sales teams.
• Experience in or adjacent to AI, cloud infrastructure, security, or enterprise SaaS.
• Skilled relationship builder with clear, effective communication across partner organizations, internal stakeholders, and executive audiences.
• Comfortable operating with independence in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

• Experience at a high-growth technology company, hyperscaler, or enterprise software organization.

We Offer

• Competitive salary range from $118,700 to $264,100 per annum.
• May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
