Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a passion for developer effectiveness and proven experience within the DevOps/CI/CD field.
• Expertise in Product Management with a proven track record in a platform-centric enterprise software company.
• Experience delivering solutions using modern CI solutions, such as GitLab, CircleCI, Travis, or Jenkins.
• Manage a portfolio of bigger and smaller bets while balancing short-term goals and long-term vision.
• Apply a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to define success and problem-solving without perfect metrics.
• Balance IQ & EQ to solve both technical and social challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; timely communication with clear expectations.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
