Sr Program Specialist

About the Position

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Program Specialist to drive project performance and customer satisfaction in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities

• Prime responsibility: Drive P&L of assigned projects and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

• Core Activities:

  • Visit customer sites for day-to-day activity coordination.
  • Data center experience required for fire alarms, access control, CCTV, and building management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage project commissioning.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts with 100% accuracy.
  • Solve technical issues and suggest cost-effective solutions.
  • Lead a team of site leads and project engineers.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors for smooth operations and statutory compliance.
  • Foster problem-solving behavior and innovative ideas.

• Systems & Platforms:

  • Familiarity with FAS, ACS, CCTV, BMS, and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Cora is a plus.

• Others:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

• People Management Responsibilities:

  • Drive project performance for on-time delivery, zero quality deviation, and proactive technical issue prevention.
  • Support trouble-free project execution with customer schedules.
  • Achieve zero cost EAC and upper-hand project margin with innovative ideas.

Requirements

• Core Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Knowledge of FAS, Access Control System, PAS, CCTV, BMS, and their integration requirements.
  • Hyper-scale Data center experience.
  • Advanced Network / PC certification.
  • Proven track record in project design and engineering.
  • Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions.
  • Previous exposure to a site-based, construction environment.
