About the Position
We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager for healthcare IT implementations in Nashville, Tennessee. Manage projects, ensure adherence to processes, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Provides subject matter expertise and ensures adherence to phase-based processes and deliverable requirements.
- Portfolio Governance Management:
- Oversees and manages a project or portfolio of projects.
- Prepares and presents status reports for various Leadership and Management teams.
- Ensures excellence in the execution and delivery of projects and programs by partnering with varying levels of employees across MedeAnalytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Healthcare, Information Technology, or Business Management; or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years project managing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare IT experience required - either Payer or Provider
- Knowledge or experience in software development and industry standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (social and emotional intelligence)
- Two-way communication and feedback loop (negotiate, persuade, influence)
- Managing and setting expectations across all levels
- Champion of change (lead, motivate, inspire, transform)
- Self-driven with little to no supervision

- Base Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 USD
