About the Role

As a Sales Executive based in Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing existing client relationships, acquiring new business, and driving revenue growth for our training and certification services. Your focus will be on both cross-selling and upselling various management system certifications, with an emphasis on expanding our geographic reach and service offerings. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets within your assigned territory, while implementing sales strategies to achieve sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Business Development: Actively acquire new clients and expand the company's presence within your designated territory.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Sell certification and training programs (standard and customized) across various industries, working to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Leverage your deep understanding of the local market and industry trends to effectively position our services and drive sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical experts, to prepare proposals, presentations, and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Sales Plan Implementation: Execute sales strategies and ensure the successful implementation of sales plans to meet the revenue and growth objectives for the territory.
  • Travel Requirements: Regular travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, present services, and close business deals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 7-8 years in sales, with a focus on business development and client acquisition, ideally in training or certification services.
  • Post Graduation degree is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the North market and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as required.
