About the Position

Syskoplan Reply, a part of the Reply Network and an SAP Gold partner, is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in Atlanta, GA, Kansas City, MO, or Philadelphia, PA. This role is Hybrid and Full Time.

Syskoplan Reply specializes in delivering transformative projects leveraging SAP solutions. We are looking for a consultant who has technical and functional expertise in the SAP FICO module, enabling them to solve problems and deliver optimum solutions for clients. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on configurator, delivering best-in-class solutions aligned with SAP Activate methodology and SAP’s fit-to-standard approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives.
• Problem solve with an extraordinary technical and functional understanding of business processes and FICO Principles.
• Support end users from a functional and/or technical perspective.
• Troubleshoot and configure SAP FICO including integration points with other modules.
• Lead fit/gap and other types of working sessions to understand business process requirements.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation and provide timely status updates.
• Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Travel up to 50%
• 8 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP implementations; experience in SAP Cloud environments both public and private.
• Proficient in the business processes associated with financial operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, cost center accounting, product cost controlling, profitability analysis, and profit center accounting.
• Expert in set-up and configuration of FICO as well as cross-functional design/build of other modules.
• Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gapping to realization to testing, go-live prep, and go-live execution as well as hyper-care support.
• Highly skilled in FICO master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization, and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit.
• Ability to be a thought leader in your domain and contribute to the ecosystem both within and external of Reply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IoT, Machine Learning, and Big Data is a plus.
• International project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM, and/or EMEA is a plus.
• S/4 Public and/or Private Cloud Certification.
• SAP Activate methodology and SAP’s fit-to-standard approach.
