About the Position

Sr. SAP SD/LE Consultant

Syskoplan Reply, a part of the Reply Network, is seeking a Senior SAP SD/LE Consultant to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia; Kansas City, Missouri; or the Philadelphia area, Pennsylvania. As an SAP Gold partner, we deliver transformative projects leveraging SAP solutions across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives.
• Problem solve with an extraordinary technical and functional understanding of business processes and SD/LE Principles.
• Support end users from a functional and/or technical perspective.
• Troubleshoot and configure SAP SD/LE including connection points with other modules.
• Lead fit/gap and other types of working sessions to understand business process requirements.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation and provide timely status updates.
• Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Travel up to 50%
• 7 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementations; experience in SAP Cloud environments.
• Excellent understanding of business processes associated with Sales and Logistics operations.
• Expert in set-up and configuration of SD-LE as well as cross-functional design/build of modules such as WM and PP.
• Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gapping to realization to testing, go-live prep, and go-live execution as well as hyper-care support.
• Highly skilled in SD-LE master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization, and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit.
• Advanced ability to create impact analyses to make recommendations, proven capability to execute to plan and drive solution adoption.

Nice to Have

• Other module configuration experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Joule, AI/ML, and Big Data concepts.
• General understanding of automation and exchanging of data with external systems.
• Flexibility to engineer client’s preferred 3rd party or custom systems into the Sales & Logistics business processes.
• International project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM, and/or EMEA.
• S/4 Public and/or Private Cloud Certification.
