Requirements

Core Skills
- Experience leveraging AI to improve workflows, decision-making, or product functionality.
- Day-to-day work involves JavaScript, but strong foundations in languages like Java or Python are equally valued.
- Must have 4+ years of enterprise-level software engineering experience.
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, and a commitment to engineering excellence and reliability.
- Experience with development tools such as IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.
