Braze is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant for our Financial Services segment, servicing our Americas book of business. Braze Solutions Consultants are trusted advisors to our prospective customers during the sales process, bringing extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to bear. We strive to lay strong foundations, beginning pre-sales, for long-term partnership between Braze and our customers. The Senior Solutions Consultant role is a critical member of the team, whose job includes being a technical thought leader across the FinServ vertical, across various customer types, and geographic markets.

Requirements

• People say you’re a great communicator! You have exemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow up skills. You leave people with the impression that you are really listening to them and understand their problem.

• High level of intellectual curiosity. You see opportunity and growth in learning more about what you do and how it impacts others.
• You have experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team.
• You have domain knowledge of two or more of the following: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics or Programming (even just HTML).

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $102,000 and $160,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $144,000 and $204,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
