About the Position
SSIS Lead
Location: Mississauga, Canada
Work Model: Hybrid
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SSIS Lead with over 6 years of expertise in developing complex, scalable solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), PostgreSQL, and Power BI. In a hybrid work model with day shifts, you will contribute to impactful projects in the food services and hotel domains, enhancing our business intelligence capabilities and supporting strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, maintainable, and extensible solutions
- Provide technical knowledge and guidance on Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI
- Offer best practices, design patterns, and troubleshooting support
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, consistent code
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to uncover opportunities for process and application improvement
- Assist in resolving technical challenges
- Design and improve testing strategies (unit, integration, regression, performance)
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
- Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience working in Agile environments
- Familiarity with cloud development/deployment (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with AWS Airflow
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL is preferred
