Staff Accountant, Invoicing Team

About the Position

We are looking for a Staff Accountant, Invoicing Team to join our Finance team in Manila, Philippines. This role involves handling invoicing, billing, and financial reporting, providing broad responsibilities across all functions, including accounting, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Customer billing, invoice corrections, and credit memos.
• Investigate and resolve invoicing and project issues.
• Maintain a reliable billing process and controls to ensure orders are billed on time and invoices are error-free.
• Support annual audit requirements related to accounts receivable’s responsibility.
• Monthly end reporting and other related tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in accounting.
• Proficient in English, with good written English skills.
• At least 3+ years of invoicing or accounts receivable experience is preferred.
• Teamwork spirit, practical, hardworking, and meticulous.
• Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure.
• Able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Amenable to work in day shift (8am-5pm PHT).
