About the Position

We are looking for a Staff Consultant, Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the South Asia region. If you have over 5 years of experience in software development projects and a strong understanding of software development processes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

Create comprehensive and detailed business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
Analyze complex data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends and make data-driven decisions.
Build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with the development team.
Conduct research related to the industry, customer business, and competition.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in working with software development projects.
Strong understanding of software development processes, software design, and programming languages.
Knowledge of database systems, networking, and system architectures.
Proficient in creating comprehensive and detailed business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
Comfortable with data analysis tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends and make data-driven decisions.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with the development team.
Proficient in research related to the industry and customer business and competition.
