We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our team in South Asia. You will be responsible for developing AI-driven features to support Infrastructure Security workflows.

Job Description
Requirements
- Experience: 5.5+ years
- Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Python, and Java
- Hands-on experience with LLM providers and APIs
- Strong understanding of AI development, backend services, and API integration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of Infrastructure Security concepts and cloud security controls
- Exposure to data privacy and regulatory requirements applicable in India
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered features and AI assistants.
- Build AI-driven capabilities for vulnerability summarization, log triage, and security policy reviews.
- Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build and maintain backend AI services and APIs using Python and Java.
- Integrate LLM providers into enterprise applications.
- Implement end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Develop AI agents and tool-calling workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Haystack, or equivalent technologies.
- Build evaluation frameworks and regression test suites to measure LLM accuracy and response quality.
- Implement responsible AI and security controls.
- Integrate AI services with vulnerability scanners, ticketing platforms, SIEM solutions, and other security infrastructure.
- Automate AI/ML operations activities using Python and Shell scripting.
- Support application testing, debugging, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation, source code repositories, deployment artifacts, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, engineering, DevOps, and data teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
