Staff Marketing Operations Specialist - experienced in Electronics Industry

The Tactical Marketing Specialist is responsible for day-to-day execution and support of pricing, quotation, sampling, and system setup activities for the fastest growing division in Renesas, supporting AI customers.

This role focuses on operational accuracy, timely support, and cross-functional coordination, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth commercial execution while following established policies and approval frameworks.

Responsibilities

Quotation & Pricing Support

• Support all quoting activities and analysis, focused on margin and historical analysis
• Prepare and support Design In (DIN) approval requests and DIN margin analysis in accordance with guidelines.
• Assist in the maintenance of Quarterly Price Books and Master Price Program (MPP), focused on data accuracy and integrity
• Work with marketing to setup and maintain pricing curves
• Provide analysis, feedback and guidance to product line marketing for customer contract price reviews
• Handle pricing-related queries and coordinate approvals as required

Samples & Evaluation Support

• Support management of product samples
• Maintain sample orders, including handling holds, priorities, approvals, and customer queries.
• Support enforcement of maximum sample quantities for auto-approval.

Operational & Cross-Functional Support

• Act as a support point for Sales and internal teams on commercial execution queries.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders across regions to ensure timely execution and information flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Tactical Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing, or Product Marketing in the semiconductor industry
• Extensive experience with pricing concepts, margin analysis, and sample and quote processes.
• Experience or exposure to systems such as Model-N, SAP, or pricing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Must be highly proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting
