About the Position

Join SIXT's Data Science team as a Staff MLOps Engineer to design and build scalable MLOps/LLMOps platforms, influencing millions of customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the central MLOps/LLMOps Platform covering the full lifecycle of classical ML and Agentic/GenAI workloads
• Architect robust CI/CD workflows and self-service capabilities empowering Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deploy models and agents independently
• Build and evolve the Agentic Platform on AWS Bedrock utilizing frameworks like LangGraph or comparable tools
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Infrastructure teams to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities
• Establish and promote MLOps and LLMOps best practices through training, documentation, and hands-on support
• Optimize infrastructure costs and observability by implementing efficient resource management and intelligent automation

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in MLOps, LLMOps, ML Engineering, or DevOps with a successful track record in production ML or GenAI platforms
• Know-how: Hands-on expertise with AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar AI stacks
• Skills: Understanding of ML and LLM lifecycles and skilled in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tooling, and modern monitoring solutions
• Motivation: Experience in driving organizational platform adoption across multiple teams and fostering change and innovation
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences and influence decision-making in an international environment
• Background: Solution-oriented mindset, love for automation, and staying up-to-date with trends in ML, LLM, and Agentic AI
