Responsibilities

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll lead projects of significant scope and complexity from vision to execution. Projects start with where we’re headed, so we know how to get there.

Partner closely across disciplines to define and deliver features that meet real user needs.
Turn complex ideas into clear, simple flows.
Design for the best outcomes.
Build trust and collaboration with product, engineering, and design peers while raising the quality bar across the org.
Lead design reviews, refine how we gather feedback and make decisions.
Continuously push fellow designers to sharpen their craft and clarity.

Requirements

8+ years’ experience with a mastery of the full 0-1 product development process-from product planning and discovery to concepts, build-ready designs, prototypes.
Extensive experience in FinTech domains and a product focus in spend management, card issuing, bill payment, insights, and more.
Strong UX foundation and experience building net-new products.
Strong craft in visual, interaction, and UX design with a focus on simplicity, utility, and delight.
Proven experience managing stakeholders in partnership with PMs, engineers, data, and executives.
Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, design systems, and emerging AI tech such as Pencil / Cursor.
Clear communication and storytelling skills-you can explain not just what you designed, but why.
Strategic influence and proven experience in shaping Design strategy.
Must include your portfolio (with password if applicable).

Compensation

Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.

Base Pay Range

$155,380 - $215,000 USD
