About the Position

We are seeking a Staff Product Designer, Incentives to join our Product & Design department in Tallinn, Estonia. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Responsibilities

Design user-centric products and interfaces
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
Conduct user research and usability testing

Requirements

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to Have

Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
