You will influence how our products work and shape the journeys and patterns that other teams depend on. Your work will set the standard for designing for trust, often for people on low-end devices and unreliable internet connections.
You will join one of our product teams, working on products used by our customers on POS, mobile, and web, or on operational tools for our teams. Your work will span across several teams, requiring close collaboration with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure a cohesive product experience.

- Own the design of complex work end to end, from discovery through launch and beyond.
- Set the long-term design direction for your product area.

- Create templates and patterns that can be configured and reused.
- Set the bar for accessibility and inclusion in your product area.
- Resolve overlaps or conflicts in features built by different teams.
- Shape major product bets by testing them with customers and data.
- Stay with the work through build to ensure what ships matches what was designed.
- Measure the impact of your work on customers and the business.
- Mentor designers and lead design critique.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience, with recent hands-on work on large, ambiguous problems.
- Exceptional interaction and visual design craft across mobile and web.
- A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating problem framing, role, direction set, and resulting changes.
- Strong systems thinking with a track record of shipping accessible, inclusive products.
- Fluency in research and data to set direction and judge the success of shipped work.
- Experience mentoring designers and leading design critique.
- Curiosity about customers with different devices, connectivity, and digital habits.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to explore and prototype faster.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for POS terminals.
- Experience in financial services, multiple markets, or operational tools.
We Offer
- A leadership role in shaping the future of fintech, impacting millions of users.
- Career growth opportunities.
- A culture of experimentation encouraging innovative thinking and rapid iteration.
- Competitive compensation and benefits.
- Remote-friendly work culture with access to learning resources.
