About the Position

Staff Product Manager

HUMAN is seeking a dedicated Staff Product Manager to join our Media Product team. As a key player in our mission to protect the internet and its users, you will lead multiple projects focused on combating ad fraud, enhancing media integrity, and developing privacy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work on media verification features such as viewability, attention, brand safety, and our new Ad Integrity Suite for advertisers and agencies.
• Help maintain the product roadmap, ensuring key features and capabilities are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to build products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Plan and execute product launches, including developing launch plans, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
• Work with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.
• Define and track product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and ensure our products meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Self-driven, motivated, and able to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of ad tech.
• Ability to write clear requirements documentation, drive prioritization, and coordinate execution with engineering.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to adjust to the audience as necessary.
• Ability to quantify collected information and translate it into opportunities.
• Analytical skills to solve problems creatively.
• Organized and capable of meeting all deadlines.
• 5-7 years of experience in Product Management.
