Staff Product Manager, AI

About the Position

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager, AI to join our team at Webflow. This role is pivotal in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered platform, Source. You will be responsible for ensuring that our AI agents are capable, safe, and trusted by both developers and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agent platform underneath Source, including the agent framework, sessions, memory, and core orchestrator.
• Ensure agents are capable and safe to hand real responsibility to, with limited permissions and a reviewable change process.
• Set the standard for "good" in non-deterministic products, defining quality bars, eval infrastructure, guardrails, and metrics.
• Build primitives once that every Source workstream can ship on, ensuring reinforcement rather than redundancy.
• Make Source reachable from wherever the work happens, owning the MCP and CLI interfaces.
• Centralize the context agents build from, ensuring every agent works from the same brand, structure, and business context.
• Drive alignment across Webflow, representing the agent area to leadership and other Source workstreams.
• Roll up your sleeves and build, contributing directly to the product in code when necessary.
• Place durable, multi-quarter bets as the AI landscape shifts, staying close to customers and distinguishing real standards from fads.

Requirements

• BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
• 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in AI-powered systems and platforms
• Substantial hands-on work with agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces
• Experience setting the bar for "good" on non-deterministic products
• Experience building platforms other product teams ship on
• Ability to serve two audiences at once: developers and marketers
• Enjoyment of the full craft of building software
• Leadership through influence rather than authority
• Staying curious and building fluency in emerging AI
