About the Position
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager, People Product to join our team at Deliveroo in London, United Kingdom. This role is integral to shaping the pre-boarding and onboarding experiences across Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Wolt.
About the Team
The People Technology Product team at Deliveroo, now part of DoorDash, builds internal tools and frameworks that power every employee’s journey. We focus on delivering intelligent, scalable, and people-centric experiences across hiring, pre-boarding, onboarding, learning, performance, and more.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Wolt.
- Design and evolve cross-functional experiences that connect People and IT workflows.
- Define and track key metrics to prioritize work and demonstrate impact.
- Build durable, modular product capabilities that scale across geographies, orgs, and brands.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR, and IT to translate complex needs into intuitive product capabilities.
- Navigate multi-brand, multi-region environments without disrupting critical hiring moments.
- Set the product vision and influence senior stakeholders across People and IT functions.
- Model strong product judgement by defining clear problem statements and scoping MVPs intentionally.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and shipping products end-to-end, ideally in People/HR, IT, or other complex environments.
- Experience designing products and workflows that span multiple functions, systems, and stakeholders.
- Comfort working with custom-built tools and third-party SaaS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the habit of using data and metrics to define success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience operating across regions, legal contexts, or multiple brands.
- Bias for delivering high-quality products in a fast-moving organization.
