Our business is expanding, and we seek a Staff Software Development Engineer to help us improve Altium products.

A Day in the Life of Our Staff Software Development Engineer

Innovative Code Development: Design, develop, and meticulously verify both low-level (computational geometry, algorithms) and high-level (application, business logic) code to drive our products forward.
Algorithm Mastery: Develop cutting-edge algorithms and specifications that form the backbone of our software solutions.
Ongoing Support: Provide invaluable support for existing source code across a spectrum of products, ensuring their continued success in the market.

Seasoned Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in C# (.NET Framework,.NET Core), with additional proficiency in Delphi considered a definite advantage.
Modern Techniques: Demonstrate proficiency in modern programming techniques and patterns, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
Optimization Acumen: Display the ability to optimize performance factors and memory footprints using various tools, including but not limited to PerfView, Microsoft Visual Studio Profiler, and RenderDoc.
Cross-Platform Expertise: Showcase capability in writing efficient, compact, and cross-platform code, ensuring our solutions are accessible and versatile.
Algorithmic Fluency: Exhibit a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures, with hands-on experience in complexity analysis.
Modular Design: Highlight expertise in designing and implementing modular, easily extensible solutions that will facilitate future growth and development.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal, within a professional environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding.
Additional Advantage: Familiarity with CAD tools will be highly regarded, further enhancing potential contributions to our team.
