  • Propose and advocate for high-quality technical designs and solutions for both Onboarding and Money Movement that are scalable, reliable, and compliant with the diverse regulations across Latin American markets.
  • Participate in code and design reviews within your team, providing constructive feedback to maintain and elevate our engineering standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers in our other global offices, to align on product vision and technical implementation for regional expansion and contribute to the evolution of our global KYC/KYB and money movement systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Onboarding, Money Movement, cross-border payments, and local integrations in LatAm markets.
  • Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap for the LatAm domain.
  • Act as a technical mentor for less experienced engineers within your team and contribute to the technical growth of the São Paulo engineering hub.
  • Stay updated on relevant LatAm market trends to inform product development and ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Software Development: Proficiency in building robust and scalable software solutions.
  • Integrations: Experience in implementing integrations with banks, payment providers, and other financial partners.
  • Technical Design: Ability to propose and advocate for high-quality technical designs.
  • Compliance: Understanding of and ability to ensure compliance with diverse regulations across Latin American markets.

Nice to Have
