Staff Software Engineer, Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Develop, and maintain enterprise solutions that integrate Salesforce and other business-critical applications
• Maintain technical documentation for all projects and processes
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of any production issues
• Write unit, integration, and functional tests
• Review functional requirements and analyze their impact on schedule and software design
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 1 year of Salesforce experience
• Programming experience in Java, Python, or Node.js
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification required
• Salesforce development and administration experience
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and cloud-native solutions
• Cloud experience with AWS
• Knowledge of Microservices established best practices
• Knowledge of REST APIs established best practices
• Analytical skills and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CPQ, or other enterprise applications
• Experience using and implementing Salesforce RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced)
• Hands-on experience with middleware, API gateways, and ETL tools
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, and financial systems
