Staff Software Engineer (Veza/Armis)

About the Position

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Veza/Armis) to join our team in Tel Aviv. This role is critical to our success as we build a robust infrastructure integrated with the Armis platform to acquire network insights. You will work closely with highly talented engineers to design, develop, and maintain out-of-the-box modules, algorithms, and extensions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a data intensive infrastructure of traffic analysis and association.
• Conduct research to define solutions and assess their effectiveness based on customer data and technical investigation.
• Help with solving complex customer issues and scale issues with our solutions and platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python
• Networking and Network Equipment Background: In-depth understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.), network architectures, and experience working with various network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, WLC, etc.)
• Experience with developing and maintaining production, enterprise-level systems.
• Experience with system architecture and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
• Experience in dealing with performance and high-scale systems.
• The mentality of a team player, a sense of ownership and urgency, versatility, and eagerness to learn new concepts and improve.
