About the Role

Doctolib aspires to become the key partner for European healthcare institutions, facilitating their daily organization and patient access to care.

To strengthen its partnership with its clients, Doctolib is recruiting an intern Project Manager / Consultant in Large Account Deployment to support hospitals in the deployment of our services (connected agenda, online appointment booking, online admission, telemedicine, etc.).

Your counterparts at our partners are the general and functional management, project teams, administrators/referents, and end-users, secretaries, and practitioners. Each project involves several dozen to several thousand counterparts, for a duration of 3 months to 1 year.

Responsibilities

Accompany consultants on the configuration, training, and launch of projects.
Participate in cross-functional projects and deliverables to improve team methods and tools.
Contribute to the preparation of client exchanges and the monitoring of deployment actions.
Depending on your skill level, you may take charge of projects independently.
Participate in team life and share your feedback.

Recruitment Process

An HR interview with Flore, Talent Partner (15 minutes).
An interview with a practical case with a lead and a senior from the Large Account Deployment team (45 minutes).
A final interview with Charlotte, Team Manager (30 minutes).

Job Details

Internship with a contract, full-time.
Duration: 6 months.
Start date: March 2027.
Work location: Levallois-Perret.
Stipend: To be defined according to the level of study.
