About the Position

We are looking for a trainee Digital Solutions Engineer F/H to join our Quality Direction team in Lyon, France. You will be part of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and Certifications team.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and deployment of digital solutions to optimize the activities coordinated by the team, including process management, document standardization, and audit management.

These solutions are emerging with the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence and a stronger "data" vision. These application solutions are essential for improving the performance of Framatome's IMS and for the operational implementation of process simplification and product standardization.

Responsibilities

• Interactions with developers or publishers (corrections, adding functionalities)
• Contribution to the definition and realization of user tests
• Design and development of content for user training
• Training on tools and support to users

Requirements

• Currently in the final year of an engineering degree or equivalent university program
• Generalist training or specializations in QHSE or digital fields
• Aptitude for computer tools in general
• Dynamic, agile, and pragmatic personality
• Open to exchanging and sharing know-how
• Customer orientation and operational level of English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence
• Knowledge in Data Management
• Skills in User Training
