About the Position

Main Missions

Database Reliability

Consolidate database fields to ensure consistency
Develop data entry forms to limit human errors

Activity Tracking Tools

Improve the activity report file: correct existing malfunctions and enhance the extraction of quantitative data
Evolve the CRA (activity reports) control tool

Operational Tracking Tool

Improve the planning tool to display Gantt charts and workload plans for increased flexibility

Management and Reporting

Design a performance monitoring dashboard for management
Develop a Power BI report presenting the health indicators of the perimeter
Formalize and deploy a quality control process for deliverables

Responsibilities

Ensure the reliability of the database
Improve activity tracking tools
Enhance operational planning tools
Create management and reporting tools

Requirements

Education / Experience

Future graduate from an engineering school with a specialization in PMO or a similar field
Internship at the end of studies for a duration of 6 months
