What are your main challenges?

• You create and edit newsletters, emails, and internal messages where you understand the right tone and style for internal communication in a professional environment.
• You can formulate clear and concise messages.
• You think along with original, engaging, and visually appealing internal communication campaigns.
• You can turn complex messages into attractive stories that appeal to employees.

Requirements

• You are following a bachelor or master's degree in communication and are looking for a (voluntary) internship.
• You have experience or affinity with creating visual content in Canva.
• You have strong written communication skills and work smoothly with colleagues from different departments.
• You have a basic knowledge of email tools and content management systems (CMS).
• You are skilled with internal communication tools such as Teams or intranet platforms.
• Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.
• You work autonomously, structured, and on a project basis. You set priorities and meet your deadlines.
• You dare to take initiative and think about improvements.
• You are discreet: internal communication sometimes involves sensitive information.
• You are fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); good knowledge of English and French is a plus, given the presence of French-speaking colleagues.
