Join the LVMH Holding team as an intern in the Department of Anti-Counterfeiting. You will be part of the team dedicated to protecting and defending the intellectual property rights and online distribution networks for around thirty of the Group's Maisons.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance and investigations on counterfeit and parallel market products online, across all digital channels (individual sites, sales platforms, search engines, social networks) in collaboration with a network of external service providers.
• Participate in the development of activity reports for the LVMH Group Maisons.
• Write meeting reports, PowerPoint presentations, and training materials in both English and French.
• Follow and participate in the development of the strategy for defending intellectual property rights against online infringements.

Requirements

• Master's degree specialized in Intellectual Property Law / Law of New Technologies.
• Significant prior experience in a company and/or law firms.
• Aptitude for new technologies.
• Writing skills and organizational skills.
• Rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness.
• Fluent in English and French.

Nice to Have

• Experience in strategy development.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
