About the Position

Stagiair Private Banking NoordOost

Location: Zwolle, Pays-Bas

Type: Trainee

Start Date: 1 September

As a Stagiair Private Banking NoordOost, you will work in one or several squads together with Account Managers, Relationship Managers, Private Asset Managers, Credit Specialists, and Financial Planners. Your squad is responsible for the sustainable development of a number of portfolios, focusing on the market for wealthy entrepreneurs and individuals.

Your role will involve supporting Account Managers in their management role within the squad, contributing to a good overview of the portfolios, aiding in the smooth running of commerce with the squad, helping to optimize correct administration, and keeping an eye on changes within ING to align services with customer wishes as optimally as possible. You will also contribute constructively to the collaboration with Account Managers within the region and focus on continuous improvement in both collaboration and processes, including digitalization. The intern reports hierarchically to the lead account management NoordOost.


Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers in their management role within the squad.
  • Contribute to a good overview of the portfolios.
  • Aid in the smooth running of commerce with the squad.
  • Help optimize correct administration.
  • Monitor changes within ING to align services with customer wishes.
  • Contribute to constructive collaboration with Account Managers within the region.
  • Focus on continuous improvement in collaboration and processes, including digitalization.

Requirements

  • Education: Student HBO Finance or University education.
  • Skills: General knowledge of/interest in areas specific to the target group, such as investing, financing, business structures, and financial planning.
  • Communication: Strong communicative and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambition: High ambition and energy levels.
  • Tools: Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
