About the Role

Now we are looking for, on behalf of our client, an engaged Deputy Store Manager who wants to be involved from the start and contribute to the establishment of Blomsterlandet's brand new store in Falköping.

The role is an operational role in the store where you, like the rest of the team, work with all common tasks such as sales, customer service, product picking, and inventory management. In addition, you have a special responsibility for supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and contributing to creating structure, engagement, and good results in the store.

As a Deputy Store Manager, you work closely with the Store Manager and are a present role model in daily work. You help lead and distribute work, coach colleagues, and contribute to the team working towards common goals with a strong focus on sales and customer experience. When the Store Manager is not present, you step in and take on greater responsibility for daily operations.

Since it is a brand new store, you, together with the Store Manager and other colleagues, will be involved in building up working methods, routines, and culture from the ground up. The business is characterized by clear seasonal variations, which requires flexibility, structure, and the ability to adjust work according to customer flow and needs.

The role is suitable for someone who is driven, positive, and solution-oriented, and who enjoys combining sales and customer interactions with an expanded responsibility in daily operations.
