Description of the Vacancy

Independently or as part of an audit team, planning and conducting internal audits of business processes according to approved methodology;
Identifying risks, control weaknesses, inefficiencies in processes, and preparing practical recommendations for their elimination;
Documenting audit results, forming working documentation, and preparing audit reports;
Analyzing regulatory requirements and assessing the company's compliance with NBU requirements, internal policies, and procedures;
Monitoring the implementation of internal audit recommendations and checking the status of corrective actions;
Participating in providing consulting services, conducting special audits, and ad-hoc reviews at the request of management within the internal audit function;
Adhering to Global Internal Audit Standards (IIA Standards), the Code of Ethics, and internal company documents.

Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, auditing, banking, or law;
Experience in internal/external auditing, consulting for at least 2 years, or relevant experience in insurance/financial companies;
Understanding of corporate governance principles, internal control systems, and risk management in insurance companies;
Experience in analyzing business processes, financial, and operational data;
Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), data analysis tools;
High level of analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team.

English language proficiency sufficient for working with professional literature;
Possession of international professional certifications (CIA, ACCA, CISA, etc.) or training in relevant programs;
Experience in Big4 companies (Big Four) is an additional advantage.

Business Analyst

Analysis and description of business processes of insurance products and internal company processes.
Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from clients.
Preparing technical tasks, User Stories, Use Cases, and other project documentation.
Modeling business processes (BPMN, UML, or other notations).
Participation in projects for the automation and digital transformation of business processes.

AI Project Manager

Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for AI application.
Conducting research, forming AI hypotheses, and defining success criteria.
Organizing and independently executing PoC, experiments, and prototyping AI solutions.

E-Learning Course Developer and LMS Administrator

Developing and updating interactive e-learning courses in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise);
Creating training materials in PowerPoint and other tools;
Administering the IT Enterprise LMS distance learning system;
Supporting and developing the e-learning course library;
Collaborating with internal experts (SME) to prepare high-quality training content.
