We are seeking a Senior Auditor to join our team in Kyiv. Responsibilities include planning and conducting internal audits, identifying risks, and preparing audit reports.

Key Tasks

• Self-directed or as part of an audit team, planning and conducting internal audits of business processes according to approved methodology;
• Identifying risks, control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and preparing practical recommendations for their elimination;
• Documenting audit results, forming working documentation, and preparing audit reports;
• Analyzing regulatory requirements and assessing the company's compliance with NBU requirements, internal policies, and procedures;
• Monitoring the implementation of internal audit recommendations and checking the status of corrective actions;
• Participating in providing consulting services, conducting special audits, and ad-hoc reviews at the request of management within the internal audit function;
• Adhering to Global Internal Audit Standards (IIA Standards), the Code of Ethics, and internal company documents.

Requirements

• Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, audit, banking, or law;
• Experience in internal/external audit, consulting for 2 years, or relevant experience in insurance/financial companies;
• Understanding of corporate governance principles, internal control systems, and risk management in insurance companies;
• Experience in analyzing business processes, financial, and operational data;
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), data analysis tools;
• High level of analytical thinking, attention to detail-ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills

• English language proficiency sufficient for working with professional literature;
• International professional certifications (CIA, ACCA, CISA, etc.) or training in relevant programs;
• Experience in Big4 companies (Big Four) is an additional advantage.
