About the Position
We are seeking a Senior System Administrator with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Lutsk, Ukraine. The role involves managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Administration of Windows, Linux, and RouterOS operating systems
- Administration of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 Terminal Servers
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of PC hardware
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of network issues, and network design at logical and physical levels
- Administration of the BAS platform (local and client/server versions)
- Basic MS SQL administration (maintenance of BAS databases in MS SQL)
- Configuration and administration of email systems, virtualization systems, VPN servers, and IP telephony servers
- Automation of tasks
- Writing technical documentation
- Business trips within Volyn region
- Support work
- Training junior technical specialists
- Designing network services
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of PC hardware and server equipment
- Basic knowledge of local networks (addressing, routing, basic understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack, DNS and DHCP services, understanding of VPN and virtualization technologies)
- Experience with peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Experience with platform administration (file and client-server versions)
- Experience with email services and configuration of email clients (Thunderbird, Outlook, The Bat)
- Experience with Windows XP/7/10 administration
- Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 (Terminal Server) administration
- Experience with Linux (CentOS, Debian) administration
- Experience with RouterOS administration (Mikrotik network equipment)
- Experience with accounting software administration (Medoc, etc.)
- Experience with virtualization systems administration
- Experience with email systems administration
- Experience with Bitrix administration
- Experience with SQL servers administration
- Experience with Asterisk servers administration (IP telephony)
- Experience with VPN servers administration
- Experience with FTP servers administration
- Experience with monitoring systems
- Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages (cmd, bash, PowerShell, Python, etc.)
