About the Position
Starszy specjalista ds. DORA
We are seeking a Senior Specialist for DORA regulations to join our IT Engineering team in Warsaw and Katowice, Poland.
Forma zatrudnienia: umowa o pracę
Lokalizacja: ul. Sokolska 34, Katowice lub ul. Puławska 2, Warszawa (pracujemy 2 dni w tygodniu z biura)
Wynagrodzenie: 12 000 - 17 000 brutto PLN
Responsibilities
As a Senior Specialist for DORA regulations, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the ICT risk management framework in the Bank under the DORA Regulation
- Monitoring regulatory deadlines and changes to ensure compliance with DORA, RTS, ITS, and KNF and European Supervisory Authorities guidelines
- Interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into organizational, process, and control requirements
- Coordinating the implementation of recommendations resulting from audits, controls, reviews, and regulator assessments
- Preparing reports for management, committees, and regulators, responding to regulatory questions, and providing substantive support during audits and controls
- Monitoring/verifying the level of compliance and key indicators and risks related to the organization's digital resilience
- Coordinating the work of cross-functional teams responsible for implementing DORA requirements
Requirements
- Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of KNF guidelines and other financial sector regulations related to ICT (DORA Regulation)
- Experience in implementing external regulations within an organization, conducting regulatory compliance analyses (gap assessment)
- Knowledge and/or experience in one of the ICT areas: Third Party Risk Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance, IT audit
- Ability to interpret legal acts and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge and intuition in the field of IT risk management, control, security, personal data protection, digital resilience, and safety
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions
- Think critically, quickly solve complexities and problems
- Enjoy and easily find yourself in an environment of high organizational complexity
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level (contact with ING Group)

- Experience in the financial sector (banking, insurance)
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, EBA Guidelines, NIS 2, and good practices in IT process management (ITIL/COBIT)
