About the Position

Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. is seeking a Senior Technical Coordination Specialist for Supply Coordination in Konstancin-Jeziorna.

Responsibilities

• Participation and coordination in the process of agreeing on technical documentation for transmission network elements supplied in the investment delivery process, including the preparation of the protocol for the agreement on the subject documentation and cooperation with PSE units and the Supplier.
• Participation and coordination in the process of organizing and participating in factory tests and acceptance control tests, especially in terms of verification and agreement of Programs, cooperation with units in terms of participation in tests and related documents, cooperation with the Supplier in terms of test implementation, especially in terms of deadlines, lists of participating persons, and related documents.
• Maintaining registers and data summaries and reporting related to agreed technical documentation, data necessary for verifying the need to carry out factory tests and acceptance control tests, and the results of such verifications, scopes, programs, deadlines, participants, results, identified defects, and protocols of factory tests and acceptance control tests.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Electrical Engineering/Renewable Energy/Automation (or related technical) or Logistics/Management.
• 3 years of experience in tasks of a similar nature.
• English language proficiency at level B1.
• Experience in:
  • Analyzing technical documentation and detecting inconsistencies.
  • Creating agreement protocols and lists of comments.
  • Maintaining registers and reporting.
• Knowledge of working in document management systems (DMS / repositories).
• Accuracy and "process thinking" (monitoring versions, deadlines, acceptance paths).
• Technical skills:
  • Knowledge of the principles (at least basic) of the functioning of the power system.
  • Knowledge of the principles (at least basic) of the construction, functioning, and operation of power equipment.
• Ability to make technical and organizational decisions.
• Ability to think analytically and creatively.
• Accuracy and "process thinking" (monitoring versions, deadlines, acceptance paths).
