About the Position

Łukasiewicz – Instytut Nowych Syntez Chemicznych is seeking a Senior Specialist – Inspector for Investments to join our team in Warsaw. The role involves overseeing investment projects and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the execution of investment and renovation tasks
• Planning investment and renovation projects
• Reviewing project documentation
• Participating in work acceptance committees
• Signing work acceptance protocols
• Verifying and accepting financial documents from contractors
• Preparing plans and reports on task completion
• Supervising and inspecting construction work
• Ensuring timely and compliant execution of construction work
• Confirming the completion of work under investment projects
• Reviewing construction and assembly work offers
• Reviewing technical solutions and analyzing technical documentation
• Participating in the preparation of investment projects in terms of cost estimation and schedule
• Coordinating or participating (depending on authorization status) in procedures related to obtaining necessary approvals and decisions for obtaining building permits and permits for use for investment projects
• Independently leading small investment projects or managing investment projects as a project manager (depending on authorization status)

Requirements

• Higher education with a construction or technical profile
• Minimum 6 years of general professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing, implementing construction investments, or renovations
• Construction permits (managing and supervising construction and works)
• Knowledge of construction law
• Knowledge of public procurement law
• Ability to independently organize work, accuracy, responsibility for the execution of assigned tasks
• Responsibility, honesty, and reliability in action
