About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Research Specialist in Pharmaceutical Analytics / Research Analytics Section for our team in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Conducting analytical work within research and development projects
• Supervising ongoing work and projects
• Developing spreadsheets and reports from analyses, research, validation, verification, and transfers
• Developing, implementing, validating, and transferring analytical methods
• Maintaining documentation in accordance with implemented quality management systems
• Performing calibration activities for laboratory measuring devices

Requirements

• Higher education degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in research and development work related to active substances and pharmaceutical products
• Practical knowledge of HPLC techniques, with experience in LC-MS being an advantage
• Experience in conducting release, bioequivalence, and other classical studies for pharmaceutical products
• Good knowledge of requirements and guidelines for active substance and pharmaceutical product analytics
• Experience in developing, verifying, and validating analytical methods
• Ability to develop documentation in quality systems and from research, validation, verification, and transfer
• Good knowledge of the English language in speech and writing
• Experience in working within a GMP quality system is desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Analytical thinking, interpretation of results, and drawing conclusions
• Creativity, flexibility, perseverance, excellent organization, and teamwork skills
