Responsibilities

• Acquire clients from the Mid-Corp segment (BIG; annual sales revenue over 80 million)
• Build partnership relationships with clients by understanding their needs, matching them with our product offerings, and providing ongoing advice
• Ensure the quality and profitability of the client portfolio
• Implement the sales plan (credit products, FM, Cash Management, leasing, factoring, beyond banking)

Requirements

• Experience in sales of banking products and services to large companies
• Higher education (preferably in economics or related fields)
• Actively use a category B driver's license
• Enjoy working with people, easily establish new contacts, and understand teamwork
• Carefully observe, draw accurate conclusions, and propose solutions tailored to the client's situation
• Proficient in Polish at least at the B2 level
