About the Position

Starszy_a Specjalista_ka ds. DORA

We are seeking a Senior Specialist for DORA to join our Procurement team in Warsaw, Poland, focusing on digital resilience and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the digital resilience program in accordance with the DORA regulation at the bank and subsidiary level.
  • Develop and maintain digital resilience strategies, methodologies, and procedures for ICT services and suppliers in line with DORA requirements.
  • Collaborate with other bank units and manage internal client relationships within the ING Group.
  • Compile documentation, including continuity plans and tests for critical or essential functions.
  • Work with external clients on the digital resilience of provided ICT services.
  • Develop, maintain, and report DORA dashboards for regulators and the ING Group.
  • Raise awareness about the Company's digital resilience and DORA regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Higher education, preferably in economics, humanities, or law.
  • Experience in a similar position or in implementing external regulations within an organization.
  • Knowledge of DORA regulations and other banking-related regulations.
  • High interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Fluent in English (advanced level).
  • Fluent in Polish (level C1).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other required systems.
