About the Position
Title: Starszy_a Specjalista_ka ds. zarządzania kontraktami
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Warszawa, ul. Puławska 2 lub Katowice, ul. Sokolska 34 (Hybrid work - 2 days from office)
Responsibilities
- Manage contracts for intra-group services provided to the bank within the ING Group
- Manage contracts for services provided by the bank to affiliated companies
- Manage relationships with contractors within the ING Group
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with organizational support
- Proactively manage relationships with internal clients within the ING Group
Requirements
- Higher education, preferably in economics, humanities, or law
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position or in a purchasing role
- Fluent in English (C1-C2 level) in speech and writing
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in required applications for the job (MS Office, procurement system)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of banking law and DORA regulations
