About the Position

Join ING Bank for a 6-month internship in Risk Management, focusing on debt collection and remarketing in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities
- Contact clients via phone and email regarding contract matters
- Support the team in debt collection activities and contract status analysis
- Verify and process requests for the resumption of previously terminated contracts
- Prepare documentation for court proceedings
- Ensure proper document circulation and process consistency
- Perform ongoing operational tasks, supporting the team's daily work
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate (up to 2 years post-graduation) in any field
- Availability of 30-40 hours per week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills and commitment to assigned tasks
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of civil/commercial law
- Experience in debt collection
