Stellvertretende Kita-Leitung (m/w/d) - Ev. Kita Krumholz Rheda-Wiedenbrück
We are seeking a dedicated Stellvertretende Kita-Leitung to join our Ev. Kita Krumholz in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, focusing on pedagogical development and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen Konzeption: Contribute to the development of the pedagogical concept.
- Familienzentrum und Qualitätsmanagement: Work on the development of the family center and quality management according to BETA-Standards.
- Leitungsaufgaben: Participate in organizational, administrative, and pedagogical leadership tasks.
- Gruppendienstbegleitung: Actively support the group service.
- Mitarbeitendenbegleitung: Provide professional guidance, support, and motivation to staff in their daily pedagogical work.
- Christliches Profilgestaltung: Shape the Christian profile and religious pedagogical work in the facility.
- Zusammenarbeit und Vernetzung: Collaborate closely with the Kita-Leitung, team, sponsor, and cooperation partners, and establish partnerships with parents.
Requirements
- Christlich geprägte Führungspersönlichkeit: You orient your actions based on the Christian image of man and actively shape the church and Kita.
- Engagiert, klar und wertschätzend im Miteinander: You combine strong communication skills with the ability to preserve existing structures and develop new ones.
- Fachlich erfahren und pädagogisch fundiert: You have a completed training as a state-recognized educator, special pedagogue, or special education caregiver (m/w/d) or a degree in social work, social pedagogy, childhood pedagogy, or special pedagogy or a comparable qualification as a pedagogical professional according to KiBiz.
- Kompetent in Führung, Organisation und Verwaltung: You have experience in personnel management and knowledge of KiBiz, administration, and ideally Kita-Plus.
- Verantwortungsbewusst, vernetzt und digital versiert: You act thoughtfully in the area of child protection, are confident in handling digital media, and actively participate in community life.
