Responsibilities
- Consulting: Provide tax-focused advisory services for wealthy private clients and family businesses regarding asset and business succession at the intersection of national and international tax law (especially inheritance and gift tax) and civil law (especially inheritance law, family law, corporate law).
- Position: Senior Associate or Manager for the Succession Service Line.
- Team: Collaborative environment with short decision-making processes and a culture of feedback.
- Interdisciplinary: Collaboration between legal, tax, and auditing services.
Requirements
- Qualification: Passed tax advisor exam; a commercial auditor exam is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience: Relevant professional experience in tax-focused asset and business succession, particularly in inheritance and gift tax declarations and the preparation of consolidated asset statements; experience in tax advisory services is desirable.
- Skills: Empathy, strong analytical skills, understanding of economic and accounting relationships, good English skills for handling international mandates, flexibility, and willingness to delve into complex issues.
- Attributes: Team spirit, social competence, initiative, high motivation, strong communication skills, professionalism, affinity for AI.
