About the Position
We are seeking a Steuerfachwirt with expertise in tax advisory and accounting to join our team in Berlin, Dresden, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Köln, Leipzig, München, Nürnberg, or Stuttgart.
Responsibilities
- You will manage ongoing financial accounting, prepare annual financial statements according to HGB, and assist in tax returns for various legal entities – with increasing responsibility, e.g., through more demanding mandates or initial review tasks.
- You will work on mandates independently and serve as the technical contact for tax-related questions and inquiries – in close collaboration with your team and also in an international context across locations.
- You will review tax notices, accompany communication with tax authorities, and participate in business audits.
- With your experience, you will actively contribute to technical topics, process optimizations, or digital projects and purposefully develop your area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Successfully completed advanced training as a Steuerfachwirt*in
- Several years of professional experience in tax advisory or in a firm environment
- Solid knowledge in financial accounting, preparation of annual financial statements, and tax declarations
- A structured, independent working style and a desire to take on responsibility
- Good knowledge of German; English skills are advantageous
