About the Position

STIBO STEP Business Analyst

Nexer Czech Republic, a division within DANIR AB, is seeking a STIBO STEP Business Analyst to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of Master Data Management (MDM) or Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take functional ownership of MDM/PIM solutions throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Gather, document, analyze, and prioritize business requirements related to master and product data.
• Analyze existing business processes and data landscapes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare functional specifications, process maps, data flows, and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and act as a key communication link between business and technical teams.
• Collaborate with Data Architects and MDM/PIM consultants to design effective solutions.
• Support data modeling, taxonomy management, attribute configuration, and product hierarchies.
• Contribute to data quality initiatives, governance frameworks, validation rules, and testing activities.
• Support user training, onboarding, and change management activities.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and promote MDM/PIM best practices.

Requirements

• Experience with STIBO STEP or Collibra
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in MDM, PIM, Data Governance, or Data Management projects.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles.
• Experience with data modeling, product hierarchies, taxonomies, and master data concepts.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
• Fluent in English
• Based in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, or Poland

Nice to Have

• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms.
• Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience working within consulting environments.
• Experience facilitating workshops and business process improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of MDM implementation methodologies.
