Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide, coach, and develop 2-4 Shift Leads, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to manage day-to-day operations smoothly.
• Operational Excellence: Work closely with the Operations Team to improve store operations, focusing on fast delivery and fluent operations.
• Collaboration: Engage in internal and external meetings, collaborating with other functions at Wolt to ensure a good selection and availability of products.
• Inventory Management: Monitor shrink levels and control food waste, manage shift scheduling, and oversee the ordering of goods and supplies.
• Team Development: Hire, train, and provide daily feedback to team members, conducting 1v1 sessions twice a year to set new goals and review performance.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Grocery Store Experience: Experience in a grocery store is a plus.
• Fluent English: A fluent level of English is required.
• Proactive and Service-minded: Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Data-driven and Analytical: Understanding of data to help improve and develop operations.
