Your Mission

Ready to lead the charge in redefining how people access retail essentials? As Retail Strategic Account Manager (SAM) for Q-Commerce Serbia, you’ll own and grow one of Glovo’s most exciting and diverse verticals-think pharmacies, beauty, pet care, and more. You’ll be the driving force behind partner acquisition, business growth, and performance. This is your chance to build something big, fast. Responsibilities

  • Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews).
  • Evaluate, follow up, and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
  • Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promo negotiations, marketing activations, and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross-selling, and upselling).
  • Ensure that Glovo has the best content by signing partnerships with partners.
  • Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners.
  • Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets.
  • Understand, build action plans, and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
  • Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or fast-paced tech.
  • Proven ability to close deals and grow partner performance.
  • Proactive, data-driven, and obsessed with making things happen.
  • Strong commercial acumen-ability to translate GMV into media value, pitch bundled solutions, and handle objections.
  • Fluent communicator-both internally (with senior stakeholders) and externally (with C-level brand partners).
  • Fluent in Serbian and English.
