About the Position
Voy is a leading preventive healthcare platform for men and women, with core clinical pathways across weight management, hormone treatments, and mental health. The business is scaling fast, with annualized revenue of $470 million and a growth rate of over 100% year-over-year. We are looking for a Strategic Finance - Senior Manager to join our high-performing team in London, UK. This role will report to the Director of Finance & Strategy and will be part of a lean, high-performing team responsible for Investor Relations and Corporate Development.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Operations, and Clinical to drive decision-making and prioritization.
- Build business cases and plans for new strategic initiatives across all areas of the business.
- Conduct strategic and financial planning, including yearly and quarterly P&L forecasting, and drive capital allocation decisions.
- Guide key investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic commercial strategies to grow the business efficiently.
- Assist with Investor Relations and Corporate Development activities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an investment bank, consulting firm, or a similar role within a growth-stage tech company.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and confidently challenge stakeholders when necessary.
- Relentless, output-focused mindset with a disciplined pragmatism.
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to operate in an unstructured environment.
- Advanced financial modelling and big data analysis skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or preventive health would be a plus.
