Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, cold outreach, and develop strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, drug manufacturers, and distributors in the private practice space.
- Build experiments to deliver on partnership metrics including lead generation volume, integration milestones, and ROI.
- Use surveys, customer interviews, and deep research to determine the pharmaceutical channel strategy and partnership alignment.
- Develop the customer communication strategy for pharmaceutical-integrated products.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the company to refine messaging for the pharma vertical.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or pharma sales, with a strong track record of building and scaling partner networks.
- BA degree or equivalent practice experience.
- Direct experience in pharmaceutical partnerships, market access, or life sciences go-to-market positions.
- Background in B2B marketing or sales, with deep experience in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry and a passion for helping small to medium-sized businesses succeed.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and/or a startup.
- Multiple years of experience working closely with executive-level stakeholders in the pharma space, demonstrating poise and professionalism.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

About the Salary
The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000 + equity + benefits. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
